"Craig and I had decided that after living in a neighbourhood that didn't offer us what we needed, we wanted to move back to Walnut Grove. I knew of Jen through a listing she had with our old neighbours and had been impressed with what I had seen on MLS,. She also came highly recommended by mutual friends who knew we wanted a realtor that was familiar with Walnut Grove. The added bonus was that she was invested in the community (something that was very important to us, as we have to come to realize that it's all about community). As well she would go beyond that to book a few extra showings of listings that she found - that was always a nice surprise as we would drive from Coquitlam, she made it worth the trip. She was always available and was extremely patient with us, especially our young daughter at times.
She always kept our best interests in mind and we never felt pressured by Jennifer in any way. We had felt that from other realtors in the past, but Jennifer was so supportive of our decisions. She was also very reassuring when we were making our final decision on the home that we have purchased. Jennifer took a lot of time to explain things thoroughly which we really appreciated.
