What a difference...

I just sold this house to some great new clients; 21014 84th Avenue in the new Yorkson Development of Willoughby, Langley...Really nice house on really good lot, they are going to love it! I cannot believe the difference in the Real Estate Market in the Fraser Valley over the past few months. It has picked up incredibly, partially due to the buyers all deciding to hop on the low interest rate train, and partially due to the Spring Market.  The market has definetly balanced out here in the Langley area, inventory has gotten low again and we are seeing multiple offers, quick sales and gone is our Buyer's Market.  If your property is priced well, it will sell well.  We do have approximately a 9-10% drop in housing prices that is common in the Lower Mainland, but due the current market being so busy, I cannot help but wonder if the prices will start to creep back up again, sooner than anticipated.  If you are interested in market statistics or are interested in buying or selling, give me a call!
