Crazy Busy!
Wow, can't believe it has been 2 weeks since I have been here...it has been super crazy busy! My listing at 9328 206B Street has now sold firm, someone got a great house. The buyers are out there, and inventory is getting lower and lower. Don't hesitate in this market, with the interest rates being as low as they are, I believe that we are climbing back out of the buyer's market... the next few months will be interesting, that's for sure!
