It's a fresh new year!
Happy New Year everyone! I hope you have had a very nice Christmas and fantastic New Year's celebration. I had some quiet time with my family over Christmas, being snowed in forced us to slow down, enjoy our homes and our children and it was quite nice indeed. I am looking forward to 2009 despite what the media tells us about our economic climate; Our real estate market has turned into quite the Buyer's Market which is so great for first time home buyers and all buyers in general! There is lots of properties to choose from and properties are priced to sell. Interest rates are fantastic and there is another rate drop coming next week apparently as well. If you or anyone you know is in the market to buy or sell and is looking for a hard working realtor, do not hesitate to contact me, I welcome the challange of this market and truly value and reward my referrals.
